I am sick and tired of the shit the world has brought upon us in recent years - poison in the water, skies, "products." My fight back against this tyranny is through the simplicity of real food. To really screw the totalitarians, I decided that enough was enough, so I started baking. And, damnit, I am freaking amazing at it. If you disagree, just taste my bread.
